Emergency calls and collision notifications are taken in Oshawa, Troy, and Charlotte. There is also a French language team in Oshawa and a Spanish language team in Charlotte. The Vehicle Location Assistance team that handles stolen vehicles is located in Charlotte, and the obscure "3rd party location" team is in Troy (the ones who handle legal issues and locations for government agencies.
